During the pandemic, Mitchlyn transitioned into real estate, working as a virtual property manager for a U.S.-based company for almost 2 years. In late 2022, she joined the team at Homerun Home Solutions, where she has served in a variety of different positions, playing a vital role in the company’s growth and daily operations.

Originally from Bucks County, PA, Ken spent a few years living in South Philadelphia—where he and his wife bought their first home—before returning to Bucks County.
Ken’s journey into real estate began shortly after college when he started working as a project manager for a home builder in Philadelphia. Fueled by a lifelong passion for real estate and home flipping, he dove deep into the industry—eventually partnering with investors across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He has managed everything from sourcing properties and meeting with sellers to overseeing full-scale renovations, gaining hands-on experience that taught him how to bring homes back to life with both efficiency and creativity.
What drives Ken is the variety and challenge that each new project brings. No two houses are the same, and that opens the door for creativity and problem-solving at every turn. His goal, along with the entire Homerun Home Solutions team, is to become the biggest and best home buying company in the Lehigh Valley.
Ken brings strong organizational skills to every project—coordinating trades, scheduling inspections, managing timelines, and ensuring renovations move in well-planned phases. He also has a passion for thoughtful design, blending modern layouts and finishes with the unique character of older homes. Outside of real estate, Ken enjoys working out or running with his wife, walking their dog Frankie, golfing, going to the beach, spending time with family, and cheering on the Eagles and Phillies.
Julio is the Transaction Coordinator at Homerun Home Solutions. Originally from New Jersey and now proud to call the Lehigh Valley home, Julio brings a strong work ethic and a people-first approach to every transaction. Before joining Homerun Home Solutions, he spent 8 years working at Costco while learning the real estate business on the side—dedicating that time to growing his knowledge and sharpening his skills.
Family is Julio’s biggest motivator. They’re the reason he strives to improve every day and why he’s so committed to making the home buying or selling process smooth and stress-free for other families. He prides himself on clear communication and his ability to connect with people from all walks of life, helping clients feel informed and comfortable every step of the way.

Fisher is an Acquisitions Specialist at Homerun Home Solutions, working closely with homeowners to provide clear communication, flexible availability, and a smooth selling experience. Originally from Riverton, NJ, he went to high school in Ocean City before heading to Michigan to play Division I soccer at the University of Detroit Mercy.
While still in college, Fisher began building a small rental portfolio and has since gained valuable experience across several sectors—including real estate development for Little Caesars, purchasing for Stellantis, and tax accounting with Cohen & Company. This wide range of experience has prepared him to navigate all kinds of real estate situations with professionalism and confidence.
Fisher is driven by his faith in Jesus Christ and his goal of raising a family that honors that same foundation. He brings a calm, knowledgeable presence to the transaction and takes pride in being responsive and easy to work with.

Originally from Ocean City NJ, Todd later moved to Fort Myers FL, where he earned his degree in Finance and Real Estate from Florida Gulf Coast University.
Before joining Homerun Home Solutions, Todd gained valuable experience in commercial real estate, with a focus on project management and operations. He’s passionate about building long-term wealth through rental properties and is always looking for ways to bring value to sellers through his approachable personality and strong communication.
Outside of work, Todd enjoys surfing, working out, and playing pickleball—and he’s always planning his next travel adventure.
Jason is the owner of Homerun Home Solutions and oversees the day-to-day operations to ensure the team has everything they need to serve the community at a high level. Originally from Sicklerville NJ, Jason first came to the Lehigh Valley while attending Lehigh University in Bethlehem.
Before starting Homerun Home Solutions, Jason played minor league baseball in the San Diego Padres organization. He began investing in real estate while still playing baseball, and after retiring, he officially launched the company as a way to continue pushing himself to grow and become the best version of himself every day.
Jason is a proud husband to his wife, Taylor, and dog dad to their pup, Brenna. He looks forward to raising a family, & when he’s not working on the business, you can find him golfing, traveling, or spending time with family.
